This particular model sells a lot for its claimed PC connectivity for live viewing and image capture. That's a lie. No modern system recognizes it as P&P, some kind of driver is required to use it. Your list here just says to get a program called amcap "from Google" (it's not). The company website is beyond useless. If you contact the support team directly, it will take at least a full day to get a 1 sentence answer. I assume the support is somewhere in Asia so when I get up and see the reply their day is over so there is a time lag. But once you get an answer, it's completely useless. They just say download amcap and after saying it doesn't work they ask "What system do you have on your computer" instead of doing what every other electronics company does and either the most popular operating system in the world accept or provide links for any operating system. Their next reply was just another link to another useless photo editor called ViewPlayCap, which again any idiot can find with a quick google search. And again NOT WORKING. There must be a system driver so that your operating system can recognize the imaginary device and then these programs can use it. ViewPlayCap doesn't even work while amcap is loading, just sees my webcam as an available device. This manufacturer doesn't even seem to know what a system driver is or why we need it to function. As a standalone device, it's great. However, I bought this particular model because it was specifically listed as connecting USB to a PC, which is a complete lie. Their customer support is beyond helpful in trying to resolve this issue which is why they get 2 stars from me.
