Great Solution For Customer Management With Room To Grow

The dashboard allows for easy management through mobile devices as well as via desktop. It also does not limit to just using point-of sale software it can integrate with any website or platform so integration across other softwares isn't an issue at all when creating a seamless experience that extends from front desk receptionists right into your ERP data warehouse! Sometimes its difficult seeing what is causing certain things in logs however this could be improved by adding more reports. I think they make good tools but we are missing some reporting features such has being able to see which specific areas aren’t tracking accurately. Try out one live demo before selecting something since there will likely always be room for improvement. This solution allowed us access to our store's entire sales history no matter where you were physically located within the building and how many locations we had spread around multiple buildings/stores. I like the fact that you can create and edit your own templates. It's very easy to use. I would like to be able to have a better template library. I would like to be able to have more customized fields. I would also like to be able to have more fields in the customer details view. I would recommend this software to anyone who needs to manage their customer data. I use it to manage customer data for a customer service company.
