Straight cuts 10x10
The fabric is soft and seems to be of good quality although I haven't washed it yet. The pieces are cut one at a time at 9 7/8 inches, if you are planning on 10 inch squares for a quilt pattern this will not work. Most importantly, they are not cut across the grain. They need to be cut straight. I don't know what the final size will be yet.
