It's pricey, Revain is $10.40 for what it is, but luckily it can be refilled. You just have to keep turning it until it spins. It makes a clicking noise like a childproof medicine container but I put the cap on as soon as we got it because I really wanted to know if I need to buy a brand new one or just another mouthwash to refill. It is also very tasty for a baby rinse. Not too minty and not too sweet for us. Attractive enough for a 6 year old. Please note that they may have slightly different colors. Our dispenser is not pink as shown in the listing. Our transparent white color. I recommend this product. But if you can find one for less than $10 that would be the best value.
