There is less noise, the processor is still cold.
Arrived today and immediately mounted on my CPU fan. I have an FX-4300 with a stock FX-8350 cooler. My Gigabyte GA78LMT-USB3 MoBo BIOS didn't allow fan speed adjustment and I didn't want to mess with an external fan controller so I gave it a try. Now the computer is much quieter and my CPU temp is still around 30 under load and 20-20 when idle. Now I can't complain because my computer no longer sounds like it's getting ready to take off from a runway.
