I like that it connects you with people who are currently online. It's great if you need support on your team or just want to talk about what's going on within your business.The chat feature can be glitchy but there really isn't any good way around this so deal with it. A lot of times when we're trying to send someone files/documents through sharepoint they don't show up in our messenger until after they've left their computer open which makes it difficult to get work done at time. As far as customer service goes its been very helpful. We use Microsoft Teams instead of having actual agents answer phones so being able to connect from anywhere has made my job easier!
