I always try to change my choice of massage creams. I often get foot problems during times of stress and you all know what the last year or so has brought - STRESS CONTAINER. This is quite a large container. It has a white opaque plastic bottom and top. The upper part can be easily unscrewed. CREAMY TEXTURE I would classify it almost as a body butter. This is a good mix of body butter and cream. SMELL The aroma is not overpowering at all. It's light and refreshing, but relaxing at the same time. HOW DID I USE IT? Use it on your legs when they start to hurt or on the back of your head when things get tight. DOES THAT HELP? I've found that when I'm having cramps (like Charlie's horse) or when I'm tense, this cream definitely takes the edge off. It doesn't relax me, but I feel a little calmer. DOES A STAIN REMAIN? I had no problems with this coloring. SUMMARY This is a really good body cream. More of an oil and cream mix, smells nice and helps me relax a little when I'm in pain. MY RATING IS FIVE STARS. I had a few issues with cramps that stopped when I put them on after a minute or two. This is a good item and I would buy it again. It's not wonderful, but it's useful and I like it.
