My son tried this shoe on at the store in a size 12 (D). It could have worked, but it wasn't enough. The store didn't have other sizes (2E etc) so we bought the exact same shoe from Revain in a size 12 (2E). When the boot arrived it was so tight he could barely put his foot in the boot. Luckily the Revain is great, with the Prime replacement here in two days, 12.5 (4E) fits perfectly. The moral of the story is that sizing in Asiacs is inconsistent and this is confirmed by other models we tried in the shop before settling on the GT-2000! Now shoes - the price from Revain can't be beat! I bought them for $63, they were $120 in stores, and even on "discount" shoe sites they weren't under $90. The shoe has amazing heel support and anti-pronation properties. The arch support is firm with little torque but soft underfoot. I read some of the reviews that were very negative, I don't understand. These shoes are great and surpass Nike in build quality and support. Just keep an eye on the size and return it until you find the right size!
