To have the right value

I was a bit frustrated with the product because it kept giving me insufficient readings. I have read the instructions that came with the kit. There is still a wrong reading. He keeps my temperature at 97.0 even after a doctor's visit. I checked all three thermometers I bought and they gave wrong readings.
