This is amazing! The best nipple pads ever! To all my breastfeeding and/or pumping moms, these were some of my best purchases. They can be washed, they are reusable, you do not need to wipe anything from the nipples before feeding, they are not visible at all under clothes, they prevent leakage. And they are VERY comfortable! You can even wear them while swimming which I have done several times and they work! The only time I leaked was the first thing I did in the morning when I was very exhausted and broken after my baby slept late. I wear them every day about 75% of the day. They also protect your nipples from rubbing, just like Medela's gel pads. Infinitely more comfortable than disposable or washable cloth nursing pads. If your nipples are really sore or need treatment, use Medela gel pads as they stick a little when removed (which is what makes them so effective). If your nipples feel good and don't need treatment, these are my daily nipple pads. And they come with cleaning supplies, so handy! My baby is almost 4 months old and I'm still using the same pair.
