see photo. There were 2 joycon straps in the backpack but only one of them fit a human ankle. On the longer one, I tried wrapping the strap twice around the ankle, but then the velcro wouldn't catch. This product is not rocket science. Someone just had to cut the strap to the right length, and they didn't. Now I have to find my own way to make this thing work. I can BUT the whole point of buying this product was that I DID NOT have to do it myself... If you are planning on buying this product just save your time and buy velcro and make your own.
