I read the comments below before buying this car. A customer mentioned that the holes for the tool basket weren't drilled properly. It's good if you use the bottom two holes on the frame. The top two holes match, so you don't have to drill anything. The tool basket is too low for a 5ft 9in person. Even if you use the correct holes in the frame for the tool basket, it's still too low. The basket should also have a lid so I can keep my goggles and welding tips clean. The chain lock system requires a lot of work. The chain lock system must be securely attached to the frame to prevent accidental release. If one of the bottles falls off this cart and damages the valve connection which can be catastrophic and fatal. A bottle holder is required on the base plate to prevent bottles from slipping out of the base support plate. For the price this is a decent car. It would have cost me more money and time to develop a better device, so I just modified it to make it safer and more convenient. Hope that helps.
