This is the first screen protector I tried. I've used several different brands of plastic screen protectors and they seem to be better in almost every way. Pros: 1) Overall they were much easier to apply than the plastic wraps with a lot less bubbles. The assembly set is well thought out. 2) Edges don't curl at all if you have to pry it open to release an air bubble 3) Feels smoother than plastic (fingers glide easily) and appears to have an oleophobic coating) 4) Fit is as good as it gets ( no protective film can cover the curved parts of the screen) 5) All the cutouts are in place and are the right size 6) Offers more protection than plastic and shouldn't scratch as easily (should last longer) Two cons so far: 1) The edge is a bit too noticeable apparently due to the thickness of the glass that just can't get as thin as plastic, and 2) it's harder to tear off the screen when air bubbles appear (bubbles are easily avoided by just controlling the speed, with which they stick from top to bottom or vice versa). I'll edit this if I run into any problems. Update from 4/19/16: This protector has served me well. I use the second one and just dropped the phone the other day and chipped off the protective film without damaging the phone. It does get scratched over time, but that's what I expect from any screen protector, and it's light enough to replace annually.
