Just received this item a few hours ago. I immediately wanted to try it, and he immediately started connecting and disconnecting himself. I gave it a few minutes to boot up and update as some products have done so in the past and found out how it was. It definitely transfers files fast enough considering it disconnects and reconnects to my computer at 3 minute intervals. I'll try a few more times but I think I'll be returning this product very soon if I can't figure out how to fix this connection issue. I hope I just received a defective one and it's not just a poor quality product.
