Wow, what a practical egg cooker! A simple on/off switch that makes no noise and turns off automatically when you're done. I just received it and have cooked 6 hard boiled eggs for the Stuffed Eggs recipe so far. I'm so impressed with how the eggs turned out! The whites were tender, not rubbery, and the yolks were creamy with no gray ring around them. After the ice bath, the shell came off very easily. Cooking in the pressure cooker only took 12 minutes, then you can lift the tray to place the eggs in the ice bath. This product also comes with egg slices which I haven't used yet but plan to use when I make egg salad. I haven't had this kind of success with hard boiled eggs *yet*, so I'm hooked!
