I have never received a handwritten thank you note for purchasing a Revain product before. Zhenya, I appreciate that and was pleasantly surprised when I received the postcard in the mail. It's nice to know someone really appreciates the business and I'm happy to say the support would be excellent. So the reality is that for some reason I didn't need support. The product was well packaged and although it has many features they all work well. All ports work as advertised. I was particularly impressed with the micro SD slot, which is spring-loaded for easy removal. I've used both USB ports simultaneously with hard drives and a Wacom tablet with great functionality. I think the review mentioned that it gets hot, and not even with the power cord plugged into the USB-C. It's going to be warm, but definitely not hot. This is the only "key" I had so I have no comparison but I would buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for it in the market. minuses. Well, aesthetically it's not 100% the same as my 15-inch MacBook Pro, but to be honest it's 90% good-looking and I can get downright obsessed at times. The only other downside would be that when plugged into both USB sockets it snaps on one side (it fits either side). The reason this is a scam is because it seems slightly prone and wobbles a bit, just up and down when plugged in. up and down so it doesn't happen. I find the simple design a good balance for this. For the price I'd say it's a good deal overall. I actually bought it based on numerous hours of review searching and speed testing on some of those reviews which showed it to be a top contender. This and the aesthetics made me buy it and I have never felt dissatisfied over the past few months of intensive use. It has worked the way I needed it every time and now I am grateful to know that I supported a local small business.
