I have had issues with Clarks the last 3 times, a brand that has been a perfect fit in the past. I ordered these in my usual size, but having recently noticed that many models are not sized to fit, I also ordered a pair 1/2 size larger and wanted to return the pair that did not fit. Unfortunately neither pair fit so sent both back. My usual size was overall too small, but oddly very loose in the heel, which has never been the case with many pairs of Clarks I've bought in the past. Fits 1/2 size well except the heel which was too loose like the smaller size. I tried thicker socks and tied my laces very tightly which helped, but my heels still slipped when walking. I'm an unusual size so I can't find it locally so I order online. Luckily they were eligible for free returns and it was very easy to send them back. But if my last 3 attempts to buy Clarks are any indication, this brand now has a sizing issue. It's a shame because they've been my favorite brand so far.
