These shoes are comfortable and light without my insole and feel good, but you can't walk in them for more than 10 minutes without the insole. When inserting the insert, they are a bit tight and small. I love the design of this shoe but was let down by the comfort. However, as I've worn them several times, I can't return them now and I'm sticking with them :-(

I wish I had thrown away the box they came in, I would use it to return them. I ordered a size 9 which I usually order from Clarks but I should have ordered an 8.5 which is my usual size. After several weeks of researching options and reviews I settled on Clark's Clauseppers. I usually wear a size 7, sometimes I order a size 5 larger. However, the Cloudstepper fits perfectly in size 7. The shoe itself is very light. The comfort exceeded expectations after spending 12 hours at the fair for 5 days in a row (20,000 steps per day). I have had issues with Clarks the last 3 times, a brand that has been a perfect fit in the past. I ordered these in my usual size, but having recently noticed that many models are not sized to fit, I also ordered a pair 1/2 size larger and wanted to return the pair that did not fit.
