I'm in love with this shower head! I usually have very dry skin and have to apply so much lotion to tame it. I also have problematic scalp. One minute oily, another dry and flaky. I've tried so many products that claim to help. Nothing has happened. I decided to check if my city water is to blame. I still needed a good shower head with multiple settings in my new location. While my hair and skin clear up after about a week. I still need lotion, but maybe a small amount every few days. Instead of half a liter a day, you could feel it. It was easy to install. I think I also read that part of the proceeds goes to charity or something, everything is warm and fluffy, good feeling!
