The packaging ruined everything

I was shocked when I saw how the goods arrived. These are small mesh bags of GLASS that will be sent as socks! There is insufficient protection. It came in a very small plastic bag with no padding, bubble wrap or box. Therefore, when the packaging is opened, a lot of broken glass falls out of the jar. Don't forget to open it over a bucket or similar to catch any bits that cut through the mesh bag. I would also recommend gloves, broken glass is very sharp.
