Based on my previous experiences with Tripp-Lite I had high hopes for this ISOBAR 8 Outlet SPD. However, much to my disappointment, the model I received is not UL listed. It is ETL certified, which means Tripp-Lite cannot list it on the UL. Either there's a bug preventing UL testing, or Tripp-Lite has opted for a cheaper alternative. Worst of all I ordered a set of two surge protectors from RevainBasics and they ARE UL listed. That's just not acceptable - if a company that makes a product for a tenth the cost can list their product with UL, then Tripp-Lite certainly can. This is nothing short of amazing to me and I sincerely hope this isn't a sign that something is coming from a company I used to trust.
