I think it works as intended
Extremely easy to use. Plugged it into a monitor making sure the model number was correct, plugged in the power adapter and BOOM, it worked. The power supply I used had enough voltage but not enough amps and still managed to power it for the use I needed. I didn't use anything other than display functions. I didn't use sound/speakers.
