I like how easy it was for me as an employee of my business to use this software when we needed someone from our office out in California or Florida so they could fill out one form instead of having us drive them all over town/state/country! Also loved being able connect via video chat while filling out one document at once instead of emailing back n forth. Having more workable days off would be nice but otherwise not anything really. Easy program set up, makes paperwork easier (and time) saving, no need to do multiple emails back n fourth anymore to get things done since everything can be accomplished right there right now without any delay!!
