Review on Professional Remarkable 200 Very Black by Tania White

I've searched all over the world and this is the ONLY mascara that doesn't stay under my eyes. What's weird is you think it has to be waterproof for it to be true. And it's not! This mascara washes off easily with soap and water, but won't flake or smear. With other mascaras, I was guaranteed to look like a raccoon at the end of the day. This mascara leaves my under-eye circles as dark as they naturally are - ha!
