Great swirl. The reason some people have trouble with this, especially compared to a ball joint, is that the design is only for 2 directions, forward and backward. If you hit the bag at too great an angle, the bag will spin in circles (in order for the bag to swing in other directions, it has to move along its leather strap, not fast at all). However, if your swing is correct, this turn will be fast, very fast. It's also very noisy. That's really the only problem I've found, it's a noisy thing, but I'm usually so focused on my rhythm and patterns that I don't notice it during the round.
