Review on 🔌 Enhance Compatibility with Freewell Magnetic Filters and Threaded Filters: Freewell Step Up Filter Adapter Ring 67mm-82mm by Ayush Bonuccelli

I bought 2 ND filters for a trip to Maui to take slow motion shots of a sunset in Haleakala National Park. It worked like a charm. The filters had very little color shift. Also, each of the ND filters came with a UV filter, which saved me some extra money. I mainly use UV filters as lens protection, especially in dusty places like Haleakala National Park. Some of the trails to the dormant volcano were very dusty, which helped make cleaning easier and reduced the chance of damage. I took the largest size from Freewell, 82mm, just so I can use it on a lens I will be buying in the future. which have a filter thread larger than 67mm. I bought step rings from 67mm to 82mm. Compared to the Breakthrough Photography magnetic filter system (which I know is still being revised) and the PolarPro screw mount filter system, the Freewell magnetic filter system was very easy to use. and change filters. Filters from these two brands easily cost between $150 and $200 each. The only downside to the Freewell magnet system is that you either have to use a screw on the included UV filter lens, which the ND filter attaches to with magnets. But luckily, if you don't want to use filters like UV filters in front of the lens, Freewell also includes a separate lensless magnetic ring to work with the magnetic ND filter. They also include a metal magnetic lens cap with all filter purchases. Best value for money, for $250 I got 2 high quality ND filters (10 stops and 5 stops) and 2 magnetic UV filters. and 2 magnetic filter rings and 2 boost rings. To get what I got from Freewell from other top filter manufacturers, it would have cost me over $600-$700. Highly recommended!
