My experience with this fan shows that it has pros and cons. a bit harsh (I worked on this by spraying tent spray paint inside the fixture. I darkened it just enough to take away that harshness). The yellow mode was my favorite, the whiter LED modes were too harsh. But in general I prefer yellow light over white LEDs. It beeps every time you turn it on or press a button. Too bad you can't turn it off. - The exited mode is not saved. For example, if you have a fan on low, turn it on with the wall switch, when you turn it back on, only the light comes on and you have to press low on the remote again. The workaround is to just leave the switch on and use the remote to turn the light/fan on and off. I have another fan at home with a remote that remembers the mode, which is handy but not annoying. In general, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. I bought two fans and had an issue with the remote and receiver not working on one fan so I had to order a replacement. There were no problems at all with the second fan. I give credit to this company for creating an affordable fan with a modern design. There are issues but I would definitely recommend and buy again for the price.
