Because of distance learning, my kids are now spending several hours a day on the computer. It's not just for Zoom, but they also have independent work that needs to be done with a computer. In the second week of this school year, my youngest child was exhausted by the end of the school day. His eyes are tired too. So while I couldn't find any serious research on blue light blocking glasses, I decided to try them anyway. They came in a nice box, look pretty good considering the price and fit his 10 year old face perfectly. He says his eyes feel better wearing them throughout the school day. It may be a placebo effect, but he's feeling better now and that's all that really matters.
