I'm 6'1" and wanted a bigger office chair. The first impression was very good. Seems to be of good construction and the seat was as high as advertised. I'm very comfortable, although for a 5ft 8 person in the office, their feet didn't touch the floor. Immediately after I put it on my table and sat down, we smelled a strong musty/mold smell. And a few people in the office had allergic reactions. It turned out that although the chair appeared in good condition with no visible water damage, THE CUSHIONS WERE FILLED WITH MOLD. I don't see any other complaints about it so I'm ordering another similar chair. I hope it was just a problem with that separate chair. Final steps: replacement chair arrived. No shape: great! But when I tried to assemble it, the parts didn't fit (the first one I got fitted well). The corner bracket that attaches the seat to the backrest was at too acute an angle, we had to manually bend it to connect the front and back, and then we had to bend it a little more to align the armrests. with screw holes We ended up assembling this but the backrest is very stiff so I can't recline and it's nowhere near as comfortable as the first chair I got. So 2 out of 2 chairs had serious defects. I will not use this company for the third time.
