Cheap, Chinese crap. Tried 2 different sets.
The first set I tried were some low life's, used up, dust-from-2002, halogen bulbs that someone had returned. Filed for replacement right away and received the new set 2 days after. The second set were all legitimate, but one of the bulbs didn't work. Returning both sets and am done with it. I will buy bulbs from a different seller and avoid buying these Chinese bulbs again.
