Great for Thick, Dry, Medium, hair. This is the one for you!

I am allergic to sulfates, so I’ve pretty much been around the block with the sulfate free options commercially available. I’ve also tried quite a few of Hask products but this one has been by far the best. I am white, and my hair is dry (like so dry, when I don’t wash it for a week and no one would notice) and extremely thick and long. So if you’re in a similar category I would recommend, if your not in a similar category I would still try it because the moisturisers wash out really well compared to other Shea products. The smell is good, creamy notes with a floral undertone from the hibiscus. Think coconut and floral with a touch of sweet almond to it at the end. Not a super strong smell but enough to give you that "ooh my hair is clean” vibe after you blow dry. The scent isn’t artificial for those people out there that are smell sensitive. All around good shampoo/ conditioner. Hask conditioners in my opinion are notoriously thicker, and really dense. Try to emulsify it with a little water before plopping it on your head. And when the bottle gets a little lower add some water to make it easier to squeeze out of the bottle. One annoying thing about their packaging is you cannot easily differentiate between shampoo and the conditioner bottle. But that’s a graphic design flaw not a product flaw. I appreciate the dark bottle, apothecary vibes. High quality PETE bottle and HDPE cap, sticker is fairly easy to remove incase you wanted to save the bottle for something else later.
