Great for weight gain but be careful. These tiny beads will spread all over your body when spilled!
Decided to make a weighted blanket as a gift and used these beads. There were 80 pockets that had to be filled with 2 ounces each along with fiberfill. He was easy to manage and gained weight well. My friend loves it but he uses the blanket for warmth. Although it is recommended to use 10% of body weight, for a 150 pound person that 10 pounds was sufficient.
