The Beyond by BLACK+DECKER Tool Organizer, 22 Compartments, 2 Packs (BDST60714AEV) comes with an opaque lid that [mostly] snaps open securely and has a handy ruler , which is in the above for quick measurements; it's transparent to the point. The top is a very flexible plastic, I wouldn't overload this organizer with anything too heavy. The lid isn't rigid enough to close completely and isn't waterproof or even water resistant. It has a couple of orange plastic dividers that can be broken into separate dividers. While the dividers snap securely into the slots, the entire organizer will flex if you load it too much and try to twist when you pick it up. I've found that if you just load it with fairly large nuts and bolts it gets too heavy for the organizer. For lighter and smaller items I think this will work well. For something heavy, this organizer is too much. Even in the picture on the sticker on top of the organizer itself, although it's shown full to the brim with a variety of fasteners, not all are heavy metal. I mainly use it for small parts, screws and nails. Works very well either way.
