Could be better but way too much for the price.

Great product Pros - Very strong - Thick mounting bolts - Includes concrete plastic anchors (165 lbs but I wouldn't risk more than 110-115 lbs [including assembly weight] because life happens and the more tolerance all the better , it's also worth using the metal versions available from your local HW store) - Great for those who want to position the TV at odd angles (e.g. sideways for a computer screen) - Slightly tricky to set up, requires some strength. -- A very positive feature as the TV is less likely to move on its own. A very good 6ft HDMI cable will not suffice for most places this will be used
