Really like the mirror. It was a little larger than I thought but will be great as a travel mirror. Directions were not very good on how to install batteries. It was quite a challenge and took about 15 minutes until we figured it out. The bottom piece twists off by inserting a small screwdriver into the small slot and turning. The batteries included did not work. It arrived the very last day of the delivery date given (Feb 28-Mar 4); arrived on March 4. The company gave me a $5 refund for the problem with the batteries. I would definitely buy from this company again. They have excellent customer service when anything is wrong and needs fixed. Overall, very happy with the product. Thank you KEDSUM.
