I recommend you buy the multicolored pack of these AWESOME straps from BearTOOLS. I first bought a yellow 3 pack. It worked so well I bought 3 more packs of yellow, then 3 packs of orange, then 3 packs of green. Using different colors allows me to quickly identify which tool is attached when I have multiple tools attached to the same rung. These straps have a solid construction and are the perfect length. long enough and stretchy enough to reach the treated area, but not so long that the cord gets in the way. I use it when building high on my extension ladders. I attach a few tools, such as a hammer or a cordless impact drill, to my tool belt. Other tools, like my crowbars, oscillating multi-tools, pneumatic nail pullers, I attach to the rung of the ladder I'm working on.
