All I wanted was Bluetooth
First connection with no problems. Try shutting down your computer after installing the discs and all you have to do is restart it yourself. Troubleshooting Settings, Control Panel, and BIOS. nothing Tried to move it to another PCI slot. Nothing. Cannot be turned off unless I turn off hardware (on PSU). I have an MSI Z270 SLI with i7 7700k chip and Aorus 2070 Super RTX GPU. In case anyone is interested. I just wanted a good Bluetooth adapter that is not a USB adapter. I would not recommend that.
