This fork comes unassembled or with instructions. While assembly was theoretically easy enough, my package also included the wrong screw so it wasn't attached properly. After a lot of trial and error, asking a friend for help and using epoxy I was able to get it to stay together and it actually works on my fryer. For such a simple fork it was a bit fiddly to use, but unfortunately the options for getting a replacement for this type of fork seem limited.
