I just bought this camera. I was able to charge the batteries and then put the micro SD card in the slot. The camera then asked if I wanted to format the SD card. I clicked format but the camera didn't do anything and I couldn't take a picture. Please help me, otherwise I have to send the camera back. Many Thanks. The manual and instructions are very very poor and I need help but I can't find a place to ask questions. there is no help in the venet store
