Manufacturer unavailable. I spoke to Amazon who said they have contacted the manufacturer and will send me a new fan free of charge as the remote control module has stopped working and you can't just swap in another module. The module is specific to this fan. It's been almost two weeks with no response from Amazon and the manufacturer and now I'm being told I need to remove the fan I already have installed and send it back to get a new one. I've already been told to keep the original and they will send me a new one, now Amazon is breaking their word and fighting me over it. Even if they give me my money back the price of the fan is now $50 more than what I paid for it. This is terrible customer service from both Revain and the manufacturer. 0 stars for both!
