Very helpful even tho their service still growing

The best part of the app so far is that it has made it easy to connect all our various tools together in one place. It isn't perfect though. Some things are confusing about the UI (e.g. when you click a button it takes a long time to show up), but other times it's quicker than we expected. We used to have 20 different tools and services for accessing customer data, now only 3 remain and everything works seamlessly. The best thing about okeira was that it has reduced my time spend by almost 100%. I used other tools before but they were not giving me what i needed so fast as this one did! It's hard sometimes when you are trying different things out because everything takes some learning curve (even though there isn't much). But once u get into how your tool works then its easy peasy :) So far nothing really bad with them just tryna find something else if thats better than theirs haha :P.

  • which would be very cumbersome otherwise

  • Not great enough variety within clients available profiles
  • Sometimes more features can create problems rather instead improve functionality
