Review on 📏 IGaging Dual Square High Precision Woodworking Tool by Bob Schultz

Looking for options for my daily work I decided to order this set for myself. I was only skeptical because of the price and my experience with this type of square design that is usually available at hardware stores. I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. What is the most important thing? WHAT YOU ARE SQUARE! They are truly square and every deviation I could measure was less than 0.001." The edges of the rulers themselves are nice and straight on the set I received and they come in a nice, plain plastic case. The small square once tightened to prevent the ruler from wobbling was almost impossible to loosen.I had to gently twist the locking handle with pliers because it couldn't be loosened by hand.I removed the knurled knob and covered the bearing surface using 400 grit and a flat plate then I applied some paraffin wax and some oil to the threads on this surface.We'll see how it performs over time and I'll update my review if necessary.But overall they're a lot nicer than the average hardware store range Really accurate compared to much more expensive brands so great value for money.
