I have had this for a week and have used several times. It is outstanding for travel It makes excellent coffee, just as good as my home machine with one exception -- it doesn't the shot quite as warm. To overcome this, run the machine once with boiling water if you have it and then do again with the capsule.It takes 10 minutes to brew using hot water from the tap. I have learned that even with boiling water that it is best to let the machine bring the water to boil again which takes 4 minutes.I just received the aux power device which you plug into the machine. You can run the machine off of this power and it only takes 9 minutes to boil using cold water which is significantly less than with the battery. With hot water, the machine is ready in 3 minutes.If you want a Nespresso machine for home use only, then buy the bigger and heavier unit that isn't portable. They cost the same and are easier to use. However, for travel, this machine is very good -- I have tried several others.The reason for only 4 stars is its cost. I'm in $140 with the aux power device.
