When Comcast hooked up my new TV I was told it didn't have a name. General. This is why I have to select channels on the Comcast remote. I need to adjust the sound on the remote that comes with the kit. It hurts to use two remotes. If I knew that I would have to use both remotes, I would have gotten a North TV. This one was cheaper. Should have paid more money.
