I am responsible for storing office supplies. One of the things I do is provide supplies for the water dispenser. It should be inexpensive and easily recyclable. These are perfect water dispenser cups. Nothing fantastic. These are just 9 ounce cups which are great for quick drinking with easy disposal. If you squeeze them together, they collapse. And that's not bad. Because they collapse, don't break! I've had a few cups that cracked when pressure was applied to them. This becomes an issue if they have been abused or crushed in the pantry. I had to throw away a whole bunch of cups because they were broken and cracked. These cups are available in three separate packs of 80 cups each. Which is good because I don't keep an open bag with over 200 cups. I have the ability to open one at a time which makes storage much easier. Like I said it's not trendy but they are perfect for a water cooler or any event like soccer practice where people just have a quick drink and toss a cup. You don't want to make a big investment and fill the trash can with disposable cups. On the other hand, sometimes you don't need cheap paper cups because if they get wet in the water cooler, you lose all the packaging because you can't reuse it. So plastic cups are the way to go, and 9oz is the perfect size.
