Being chronically frugal, when I kept getting notifications from everywhere that this fabulous vacuum cleaner is cheaper to buy, I got a little tired. No matter how much this vacuum cleaner costs you, you will be amazed! We had just completed a major renovation so there was construction dust everywhere. I swear my shark sucked out even the deepest things for me to explore and get rid of. It has a very pleasant buzz when it works and is easy to use and drain. The reason I don't give it five stars is that it's not convenient when using hand tools. The handle comes off for this job - the hose is too short and you end up pulling it onto yourself. Also, there's no built-in storage rack for these tools, so you have to keep track of where they are. For me, 90% of vacuuming is floor work, so the hand tool part isn't as important to me as it is to you. For the money, this Shark is powerful and very comfortable.
