    It's a damn good workhorse!

    I bought this to replace our NV70 and couldn't be happier. Works great on anything you run it on: carpet, rug, hardwood/tile floors, stairs; PLUS filters are not difficult to find and are not overly expensive. Very satisfied!

    wheels are off!

    Vacuum cleaner has good suction but difficult to use. You have to hold the handle or it will fall on the furniture. Doesn't work well with antiques. The wheels broke - not excessively and not by much. I used this as a backup vacuum. Take another vacuum cleaner that I use all the time. Very disappointed

    I love it! I was afraid to buy refurbished.

    I like it! I was concerned about purchasing a refurbished item but was not disappointed. I've vacuumed my entire top floor including our balcony and kitchen tiles and it's amazing! It was delivered on time and in excellent condition for repair.

    Missing parts Very disappointed

    Vacuum cleaner ok but missing parts. I ordered Shark Navigator-Lift Pro and they were out; Accessory holder, pneumatically powered pet brush and tool wand. Unfortunately, I did not take the vacuum cleaner out of the packaging within the 90 day guarantee period. Lesson: open and check immediately!

    Great vacuum! for vacuum cleaner

    The vacuum cleaner is excellent! I had a Dyson and it's much better. I bought a refurbished one and couldn't be happier with my purchase. It came in 2 days. It was very easy to assemble. It took less than 5 minutes. My carpet was very dirty and he cleaned it like nothing was wrong. I couldn't believe what he was doing. I highly recommend the Shark Lift-Away Deluxe Navigator. Ours is dark blue.

    Awesome vacuum cleaner Great Price

    4 stars only because there is no space for accessories in this model. I know this is a design flaw. This vacuum came, looked like new, one minor issue, I had to mount the strap on the ladder nozzle myself, which isn't a big deal if you're mechanically inclined. My wife loves his best stair vacuum, very powerful, not too heavy but not that light either. For the money you can't complain about you'll have to spend $300 on a Dyson. Good job Hai

    it just wasn't good. I do not recommend

    Ordered in October and it came without a key part (didn't work) so I had to call Revain and get the part, it wasn't a big deal but I got the impression it was rushed/ was sloppy. Six months later, while cleaning, another part broke off and the handle fell off. We are 2 adults with a pet in a small apartment (1000 sq ft) so the vacuum has not been used extensively or rang in any way - in fact I have probably used it less than 15 times in 6 months. it just wasn't good. I do not recommend.

    Being chronically frugal, when I kept getting notifications from everywhere that this fabulous vacuum cleaner is cheaper to buy, I got a little tired. No matter how much this vacuum cleaner costs you, you will be amazed! We had just completed a major renovation so there was construction dust everywhere. I swear my shark sucked out even the deepest things for me to explore and get rid of. It has a very pleasant buzz when it works and is easy to use and drain. The reason I don't give it five…
