Ordered in October and it came without a key part (didn't work) so I had to call Revain and get the part, it wasn't a big deal but I got the impression it was rushed/ was sloppy. Six months later, while cleaning, another part broke off and the handle fell off. We are 2 adults with a pet in a small apartment (1000 sq ft) so the vacuum has not been used extensively or rang in any way - in fact I have probably used it less than 15 times in 6 months. it just wasn't good. I do not recommend.
