I Purchased Beautyrest Gray Plush Heated Blanket - Safe Comfort Technology - Oversized 60" x 70" - Ogee Pattern. The ogee pattern is quite attractive and I bought the grey/white one. very soft and the heating elements and controls work well. The problem I have with this throw is that the fabric is so soft but also very slippery. I originally bought this to cover myself up when I'm sitting in my cold home office. I love how soft it is but it kept slipping off my shoulders and chair. It was very difficult for me to keep it on as I couldn't use safety pins or clips to hold it on my shoulders and back. Actually I thought I'd send it back as it doesn't serve the purpose I bought it for. But since I loved the feel of it so much and the heater worked so well I decided to only use it on my bed to warm it up in the evenings before bed. That turned out to be a very cute idea as our nighttime temp recently dropped into the single digits, barrr! Now this lovely, soft, cozy and very slippery comforter does a great job of getting the chill out of my bed. I ended up buying another Beautyrest product to use. to keep me warm at my table. Beautyrest Ultra Soft Sherpa Berber Fleece Auto Shutoff Heated Poncho Blanket 50"W x 64"L : I'm so sad that my rating dropped from 5 stars to 2 stars! I really liked this blanket until last night while I was watching tv! was always extremely careful with any electric blanket or duvet, so I didn't have the remote tucked under the duvet or in the sofa cushions. I had this control while sitting outside in a cool room, sitting on the arm of my sofa and it was completely open! It didn't happen until the very last day of my return window, so I was able to return. Label and it's back to Amazon! Make sure to use your Electric Throw as soon as you get it to try it out. And make sure you check that box often! I had the exact same issue with another similar Sunbeam product that uses the same style of control box, so I feel this particular style of control box is not very high quality!
