I'm a Type A perfectionist and hate to draw. I've bought both expensive (Purdy) and cheap brushes depending on the project (I usually throw them away after one use because of their poor quality). I saw very positive reviews and a very reasonable price of around $2.33 for a brush (Purdy is $10 + brush) and decided to give it a try. They are cool! I have been using 1 brush for 5 hours daily outdoors in 90 degree heat and high humidity for the last 2 days. The brush holds color well, brushes smooth and evenly, and holds up well to scrubbing and soaking. During that time I lost a bristle and the remaining bristles are smooth, dense and like new. I can only recommend them for the price and their performance!
